Our Framework: Part Three Plan

Woowzza, time flies! 

We are jumping into the good stuff in part 3 of our 4-part signature MBS proven framework today so buckle up and let’s get at it!

Planning is our jam at MBS — you may have guessed that if you’ve seen our slogan ?

AT MBS our specialty is pulling your business and vision all the way out to look at the big picture, which is what we do in part 2 of our process, then coming all the way in and planning the next 6-12 months in your business. We take it a step further by then drilling those plans down into quarterly, monthly, and if you need it, daily and weekly actionable steps. 

Whether it is a one-off project that you need help with or planning consistently, we create a plan that meets your goals and vision. We then have you and your team work to execute this with us. 

Our job is to ensure that you and every member of your team know exactly what you need to be doing and what needs to be managed to hit your goals. 

AKA, we keep your life super simple. All you need to do is show up, keep your focus on the steps you need to be working on, and execute. We value your experience and we feel that trust should go both ways. You leave the planning in our hands and we let you manage your biz and sales like the rockstar you are. 

Your team gets the same treatment as well, we take a collaborative approach when working with our clients. We work with members of your team to address any concerns and make sure team members feel 100% confident in the roles and tasks they are responsible for. 

And, let’s not forget a key piece of this step. Every plan has key metrics that are put into place and our team works with you to help you understand every one of your measurable outcomes. We are big on ensuring that your plan is not only set up for success but can be analyzed and measured for effectiveness as well. 

Here’s an example…

Let’s say that you have a launch coming up. To make that launch a success and to be able to hit your launch goals, you have to have a solid plan in place with measurable outcomes. You need to understand the big picture; the end result and from there you have to plan the runway for that launch. We come in and help you create a solid runway that involves all the tiny little steps and milestones you need to meet to create your end goal result. 

A plan is the backbone of your initiative’s success. Creating a solid, well-thought-out, and strategic plan provides you, the owner with confidence. It allows you have more relaxed and laid-back energy so you are in a place where you can sell more and continue to focus on growing your business, not stressing about the little backend things. 

During this 3rd step in our framework, the wheels hit the road. We’ve done the review, we know where you’re at, we have strategized, we understand your vision and goals now we are making concrete steps and giving you the vehicle to help you get there. 

A good plan can make or break your next initiative but a strong foundation withstands the toughest storms. At MBS, we tackle both these things to keep your business resilient and goal-focused.
