Hey there, it’s nice to meet you - I'm Rachel

I founded MBS to be a vehicle for change through my work supporting women and non-binary founded small to midsize businesses, non-profits, and start ups. I am passionate about making our world a better place for my kids as well as future generations.

I have been working in operations and people leadership since 2007 and have thoughtfully developed my people and business leadership skills to provide my clients with the best possible support and experience.

This enables my clients to do what they do best and keep creating impact for their families, clients, communities, and in turn the world!
